Mindbaz has just published its status page. This page can be accessed by anyone using a link to monitor the status of the platform. You’ll see whether Mindbaz services are up and running or not.
What is the purpose of a software status page?
The status page of a software solution like Mindbaz lists incidents, scheduled maintenance and days when services are unavailable – in real-time.
The status page is accessible online and provides a history of service unavailability.
At Mindbaz, we decided to create a status page for 3 reasons:
- To keep users informed
- To be transparent
- To make incident history accessible
1. To keep users informed
Should an incident, breakdown, maintenance or other event disrupt the smooth running of Mindbaz, the status page will enable users to find out about the incident in real-time.
The aim is to reduce frustration and enable all our customers to get an initial explanation instantly.
2. To be transparent
We want our users to know the status of our platform. This is reflected in the support we provide: our team is in constant contact with email senders, and shares a wealth of free resources on deliverability best practices.
3. To make incident history accessible
Sharing incident history is useful for our users. If they notice that a campaign has been paused, they can automatically refer to our status page to find out if the action is related to an incident or platform maintenance. We always inform our customers of such events. But we want to be reassuring, so we share this information in real-time.

How to read Mindbaz’s status page?
Not sure how to understand the data on the status page? Here’s how to read our status page.
The Mindbaz status page contains 5 tabs:
- Overview
- Incidents
- Announcements
- Schedule events
- Subscribe
Overview: The real-time status of the status page
This is the main part of the status page. Its colors give you an instant overview of any incident.
For Mindbaz, this tab is divided into 3 sections
- Mindbaz platform
- Mindbaz API
- Mindbaz website
Mindbaz platform
Mindbaz platform users can follow each sub-section of the platform here:
- The global platform: the app that lets you manage and send email campaigns
- Authentication page: the app for logging in to the platform
- Rubixo: the platform for premium deliverability features
- Mindbaz push: the SMS sending platform
- Mindbaz Vade: the API for querying Vade to anticipate potential blocks by messaging providers
- Mindbaz administration page: the management interface for users who are administrators of their Mindbaz account.
- Mindbaz Customer Help Center: Mindbaz help center, also known as FAQ
- Mindbaz Customer Webservice: The interface enables communication between the Mindbaz app and customers for specific services.
- Mindbaz Unsubscription Form: The form that allows our users to unsubscribe from our databases.
Under each section you’ll see “90 days ago” and “today”.
The green indicators show incidents from today to 90 days ago. The same applies to all 3 sections (platform, API and website).
Mindbaz API
For Mindbaz users who use the API, two sections are available:
- Mindbaz API: Is the API available?
- Mindbaz learn: documentation to help developers program email campaigns easily.

Mindbaz website
In this section, you can track incidents on the Mindbaz website (where you’re reading this from).
The Mindbaz website offers a wealth of email and deliverability resources (articles, podcasts, factsheets, ebooks, etc.) and information on Mindbaz services.
Incidents: Track technical incidents
Next to the “Overview” section, you can access the “Incidents” section.
Here are the technical incidents for each section (Platform, API, and Website) over the last 90 days.
The Mindbaz technical team provides details of the days and times affected by the incident. It also comments on the reasons for the incident and provides useful details.
Announcements: Anticipating potential future incidents
This tab is where Mindbaz teams communicate when planning a production release to improve services or the platform.
You’ll also receive an email when an update is scheduled.
Our technical teams are careful to keep these events to a strict minimum. They schedule them when traffic and dispatches are particularly low. Everything is done to avoid disrupting your email campaigns.
Schedule event
“Scheduled events” may concern maintenance by our host, or an update….
As soon as a segment turns red, the related service may be unavailable, stopping the sending of emails in progress.
Subscribe: No need to visit the status page
We know your time is precious. To avoid having to visit our status page, you can simply subscribe to notifications.
You’ll only receive status page-related emails about incidents and event announcements that may impact your use of Mindbaz.

If you don’t want to receive notifications that don’t relate to your business, you can select the events that interest you.
For example, you can:
- select only incidents related to the platform or API
- receive email-related incidents
- receive incidents related to Rubixo’s premium deliverability features
- receive all notifications…
These notifications remain rare: Mindbaz teams make sure to keep incidents to a minimum.
