In January 2020, just two months before France’s first lockdown, the atmosphere was gloomy. But not for Agathe, who decided to join the Mindbaz team as a deliverability manager.
The web: the backbone of her journey
“I studied information and communication (DUT Infocom) before earning a degree in visual communication in Grenoble. I didn’t initially plan to work in customer service, but opportunities naturally led me in that direction.”
Her first experience was with a web service provider, where she learned sales and got her first exposure to customer support.
“That’s when I really discovered the web world. It was the rise of email marketing and digital marketing.”
Later, she moved back to northern France and spent nine years in the support team of an email routing provider, where she quickly honed her expertise in email deliverability.

“Continuous learning is essential for me. I need to stay up to date with updates and innovations to refine email marketing strategies. It also allows me to be a driver of change within our solutions.
I regularly collaborate with the technical team, which is one of the reasons our platform is so efficient.”
Agathe also prioritizes discussions with other email industry professionals to better understand specificities and updates from webmail providers like Gmail and ISPs like Orange.
“We quickly became a member of the Digital Marketing Association (DMA, formerly SNCD). This allows us to share knowledge and ensure our users receive the best advice.”
Goal: more clarity in email campaigns
To help webmails and filtering tools see an improvement in the quality of the campaigns they process, Mindbaz trains its clients.
“In 2021, we launched our first training sessions. During our standard support process, the most curious clients often request deeper discussions. Our training programs are a response to this demand.”
They were able to analyze their own areas for improvement and optimize their campaigns independently thanks to our deliverability training sessions.
Based on feedback from the initial training sessions, the Mindbaz team designed a new training catalog for 2023. These programs address the latest challenges in email marketing and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
