Since 2024, Mariam has been supporting the development of Mindbaz as Marketing Manager. Her goal: to structure and grow the Spanish-speaking community while providing expertise in inbound marketing and digital content.

A digital-first communicator
Originally from Colombia, Mariam followed an international path.
"I started with a degree in communication in Colombia, with a strong focus on content creation, design, audiovisual production, and writing. I quickly realized it was a field I was passionate about."
She completed her studies with an exchange in Lyon, which gave her a new perspective on communication. Back in Colombia, she specialized in internal communication with an internship focused on company newsletters.
Before joining Mindbaz, she gained experience in community management during a year in an agency.
"When I came to France for my multilingual communication master's in Strasbourg, I learned new skills in HTML, CSS, UX, and UI. But I felt the need for a stronger business foundation. That’s why I joined an MBA in digital marketing, which I’m completing now."

A multichannel content strategy

"We launched tutorials to explain how to create effective emails or segment a database. We also produce very short videos for LinkedIn and YouTube."
The process is well-established: scripting with Juliette, filming in a dedicated space, then editing and publishing.
A clarified visual identity
When she joined, Mariam noticed a point for improvement: the graphic charter.
"The visual identity was unclear and inconsistently applied across platforms."
A modernization project followed to ensure consistency across channels: social media, podcast, deliverability sheets…
Collaboration with other teams
At Mindbaz, marketing doesn’t work in a silo. Mariam collaborates daily with several teams to refine content and expand her knowledge.
"There are two of us in marketing. Juliette has organized our workflow to ensure autonomy while maintaining regular check-ins to guide us."
