Raisa, dedicated to supporting Mindbaz users

2024 was a turning point for Mindbaz users. Raisa joins the team with a mission: to take care of Mindbaz users and help them increase the potential of their emailing strategy with her outside expert eye.

Mindbaz’s 1st Account Manager

Until the end of 2023, customer support was handled by the sales department. With the arrival of Raisa, Mindbaz has decided to increase the quality of its support. Raisa’s sole mission will be customer care. Once a user joins Mindbaz, Raisa will ensure onboarding and overall support.

Email, affiliate and monetization expert

Mindbaz has hired a profile with experience in its users’ industry for this key position. 

“I started my career between sales and customer support. I’ve always been interested in sales and profitability. Once I got into affiliate marketing and monetization, I decided to stick with it”.

Raisa continued to perfect her knowledge of email campaign analysis, mastering KPIs, segmentation… 

Today, she is able to analyze and fine-tune an email strategy, and is eager to put her skills at the service of Mindbaz users, taking into account the constraints of the industry: 

  • GDPR, CNIL, LOPD…
  • Best practices of email providers
  • Spam filters…

Raisa’s work begins as soon as a customer signs up:  “I oversee user onboarding, scheduling recurring appointments according to the company’s needs and strategy. I then become the primary contact for the customer, following up on emailing activities, advising them and answering any questions they may have, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This follow-up allows us to anticipate problems, delays and actions that could have a negative impact”. When she meets with users, Raisa is ready:  I analyze the email strategy before the first meeting. I compare last year’s and this year’s results: volume, recipients, engagement…  Then I talk to the user to get a clearer idea of their goals and areas for improvement, using appropriate questions such as 
  • their projects, 
  • preferred types of collections
  • database maintenance
  • business model and profitability…
This analysis is both effective and useful in identifying areas for improvement. I want emailing strategies to be more effective and profitable after my visits.

Follow-up

Raisa suggests the most relevant discussion schedule after the initial meeting based on her audit.  “We usually meet once a month or once a quarter. But I can adapt to the needs of the users.  New questions arise as developments occur between meetings. I assess the changes and come up with different types of solutions
